What soft skills to evaluate in a candidate?
WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I ASK IN ORDER TO EVALUATE AND CHOOSE THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR YOU?
Before inviting a candidate for an interview, it is important to answer 4 questions:
What skills will help to achieve the company's goals. For example, if a company is looking to improve customer service, then communication and empathy skills may be important.
Or, if you need all employees to enter information into the CRM, then discipline skills may be a priority.
Make your list of competencies
Look at successful and efficient employees, what qualities and skills help them perform tasks well?
What interview questions should be asked to assess whether the candidate has these competencies and to what extent?
